Find Your Invoice
- Open My Invoices in your customer portal. Sign in if asked.
- Choose the invoice marked Unpaid.
- Check its Balance, invoice number and due date.
Need help signing in? Follow the Customer Portal Guide. Your portal login may be different from your TV app login.
Send Your Payment
- Select Cash App, Venmo or Zelle above the payment box on your invoice.
- Open your payment app or bank app and use the recipient shown.
- Send the exact remaining balance for that invoice.
If your invoice has a credit or partial payment, use its remaining balance rather than the original total.
Paying Directly From Your App?
You can send your payment without signing into the portal. Use the amount and invoice number from your current invoice email. A confirmed payment receipt that matches your unpaid invoice and exact balance can be recorded automatically.
Add Your Invoice Number
Enter your invoice number in the payment note or memo. This gives us the clearest way to match your payment.
Use your own invoice number. This is an example.
If you cannot find it, use the phone number or full first and last name on your UTV45 customer account. Nicknames and a different sender name can make a payment harder to match.
Keep your payment receipt until your invoice is marked Paid.
Check Your Payment
- After sending the payment, return to the same invoice.
- Select I've Paid — Check Payment.
- When your payment is confirmed, the Payment Confirmed screen opens and the invoice shows Paid. You will also receive a payment confirmation email.
Your invoice status is Paid.
You do not have to press the button for automatic matching to work. It gives you a way to check while you are on the invoice.
Receipt arrival can take a little time. A Checking message is not a request to pay again. If it remains Unpaid, contact support with your invoice number and receipt before sending another payment.
Need a Hand?
Send your invoice number and payment receipt to our Support Center. We can check a payment that did not match.
You pay each invoice yourself. These payment options do not set up automatic monthly charges.
